今井麻美が6thフルアルバム「Gene of the earth」を11月25日にリリースする。

彼女がフルアルバムを発表するのは2016年発表の「Words of GRACE」以来およそ4年ぶり。本作にはアニメ「シュタインズ・ゲート ゼロ」後期エンディングテーマ「World-Line」、アニメ「ぱすてるメモリーズ」のオープニングテーマ「Believe in Sky」、オリジナルの新曲3曲などが収録される。パッケージは通常盤、Blu-ray付き盤、DVD付き盤の3形態が用意され、映像ディスク付き盤のCDにはボーナストラックを収録。映像ディスクには「Gene of the earth」「Believe in Sky」「World-Line」のミュージックビデオと「Gene of the earth」MVのメイキング映像が収められる。

また今井は10月17日に神奈川県内でワンマンライブ「Sing in your heart～Side Blue」を開催。当日の模様を抜粋した映像も後日配信される予定だ。チケットの購入方法など、詳細は追ってアナウンスされる。
